I am excited to share this cute Cat Ear Cup Cozy pattern with you.
I have always loved crocheting cup cozies.
When I would sell finished crochet items I would always have cup cozies as one of my lower price point items at my table.
Crocheting a cup cozy is nice because it is normally a quick project to make. Being a quick project makes it great for being a craft fair item to sell as well as being a nice last minute gift.

About this cup cozy pattern
This Cat Ear Cup Cozy uses a worsted weight #4 yarn.
I tried this pattern out with 3 different worsted weight yarns. Each cup cozy came out so nicely with each yarn.
I used WeCrochet Mighty Stitch for a dark gray cozy, Lion Brand Wool Ease for a heathered tan cozy and WeCrochet Preciosa Tonal Worsted for a purple cup cozy.
I typically use a cotton yarn for cup cozies but all of the yarns stated above each has a fiber base of wool, acrylic or both.
The main stitches used in this crochet pattern are just single crochet and double crochet. The specific stitch is called the lemon peel stitch.
